The Kells Collective offers local pickup and shipping for select products (the “Products”).

Shipping Fees

  • If you choose shipping, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.

  • Shipping costs will be provided/confirmed before your order is finalized.

Champagne Bottles
​

  • If you order a champagne bottle, please note: all bottles shipped will be empty (no alcohol included).

Processing & Shipping Timeframes

  • Processing times vary based on customization and current order volume.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order request.

  • The Kells Collective is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged Packages / Order Issues
​

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve it.

Local Pickup Option
​

  • Local pickup may be available by arrangement. If pickup is selected, we’ll coordinate a pickup time and location.
